The incoming server is pop.yourdomain.ca and outgoing is smtp.yourdomain.ca, in many case you must use the outgoing server of your ISP.
How much space is allocated for mailboxes?
The space allocated is determined by your hosting plan, it contains your website, emails and statistics.
How to access webmail?
To access your webmail everything you need to type is "http://yourdomain.ca/webmail" in the address bar of your browser. Your email and password you want to access.
How do I put my site online?
Enter your FTP address as "ftp.yourdomain.ca" in the server name location Port 21
Enter your username and password and click connect.
Once logged upload your website into the directory "wwwroot" or "htdocs"
